Due to the entry into force of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code Act and certain other laws (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), the company has dematerialised the shares. From 1 March 2021, the Company’s Shareholders’ Register was kept by BDM Brokerage House, while as of 14 January 2022, the Company’s Shareholders’ Register has been kept by Navigator Brokerage House.

Announcement on the allotment of shares dated 30 April 2026
Pursuant to Article 434 § 4 point 9 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, the Management Board of Medical Inventi S.A., with its registered office in Lublin (20-701) at ul. Nałęczowska 14, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 00000544357 (the “Company”), announces that the Company has allotted non-preferred registered Series P shares to the shareholders. These shares were issued in the Company’s increased share capital pursuant to Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 31 March 2026, by way of a closed subscription.
The Management Board of the Company allotted a total of 1,023,126 Series P shares with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 102,312.60.
