Project
The project involves the applicant’s active participation in three international trade fairs and congresses, which, in addition to their content and educational value, bring a large exhibition and trade fair space where the entire veterinary market comes in search of product innovations. The project is being implemented under Measure 2.7 Lubelskie SMEs on foreign markets, Priority II Economic and digital transformation of the region, European Funds for Lubelskie Voivodeship 2021-2027 programme.
Project objective
The project objective is related to the implementation of an export strategy for Medical Inventi S.A. This strategy details the company’s direction, scope of growth and development in international markets for the FlexiOss®Vet product. The year 2023 and the trial sales of FlexiOss®Vet on foreign markets demonstrated how innovative and competitive our product is in the veterinary market. Medical Inventi S.A.’s products are perceived as effective and safe for use. The first distribution experience made it possible to adapt to international quality standards, regulations and market rules. Thanks to the experience gained from the implementation of this project related to the internationalisation of sales, the company will be able to create appropriate marketing tools, and implement proven methods of operation in order to be able to build international business relationships more effectively.
Planned results
The implementation will result in active participation in international trade fairs in 2024, allowing the company’s product offer to reach 10,000 veterinarians from more than 45 countries. Of these, it is assumed at least 10% will be orthopaedic-related specialists. In addition, the project plans to win at least one new foreign market, where none of Medical Inventi’s products have found a buyer so far, to acquire international distributors of FlexiOss®Vet products in foreign markets, to strengthen the competitive position and recognition of the FlexiOss trademark internationally and to increase total foreign sales revenue.
