Project
“Automation of moulding and packaging processes for the FlexiOss® bone substitute product group at Medical Inventi S.A.” under the programme European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027, Priority I. Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Measure 1.2 Automation and robotisation in SMEs.
Project objective
The objective of the project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Medical Inventi’s situation, i.e. a technology audit and digital maturity assessment, in order to develop a roadmap for transformation towards Industry 4.0. The conclusions of the roadmap will identify the key areas of the company’s business where Industry 4.0 automation needs to be implemented so that the company can leverage its competitive advantages and bring a unique product to global markets.
Planned results
The implementation of automation and robotics solutions will increase the company’s production capacity and make more efficient use of the associated labour, time and financial resources.
