The 5th edition of the Medical Philippines EXPO 2022 kicked off in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, on 24 August.
Medical Inventi S.A. was one of three Polish companies invited to participate in the event by the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Manila (PAIH).
Medical Philippines EXPO 2022 is the only specialised medical, dental and pharmaceutical trade fair in the Philippines. The event showcases the latest technical developments in the medical, dental, pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment sectors. Medical Inventi was the only Polish company to present an implant preparation, the bone replacement composite FlexiOss®, at the fair.

The Deep Tech Investor Day conference took place on 24 August – a hybrid event aimed at presenting Deep Tech companies to institutional and individual investors, organised by the InnerValue agency and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Deep Tech addresses complex technical, technological and scientific challenges.
During the conference, Maciej Maniecki, CEO of Medical Inventi S.A., talked about the history of the establishment of our Company and the journey from being a start-up to the commercialisation of our revolutionary product, the bone replacement composite FlexiOss®.

Over the weekend of 2-4 June, we had the pleasure of taking part in the 9th Masurian Orthopaedic Symposium organised by the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department of the ‘Giżycko Hospital’, the Warmia and Mazury Division of the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (PTOiTr) and the Department of Traumatology and Orthopaedics of the Gruca Orthopaedic and Trauma Teaching Hospital in Otwock. The theme of this year’s congress was modern, effective methods of treating bone fusion disorders within the musculoskeletal system.
As part of the Symposium programme, we had the opportunity to present some of the cases carried out to date using the FlexiOss® bone replacement composite during the Friday lecture given by Dr Piotr Łukasiewicz, MD, PhD.

Scientific and Training Conference for Orthopaedic Surgeons of the Polish Army organised by the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Medical University of Łódź. Medical Inventi S.A. took part in a project organised by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, “Intellectual Property in Your Company”, co-financed by the European Union.
As part of the received grant, we were assessed by independent experts in the field of intellectual property protection.

The Clinical Research Support Centre (CRSC) of the Medical University of Łódź was officially opened on 29th March.
The Centre’s purpose is to provide comprehensive support for the implementation of clinical research by the university and teaching hospitals. Close cooperation with the Primary Health Care Centres, provincial hospitals and other clinical partners will complement the newly established regional research network.

A two-day conference on ‘Complications in Orthopaedics’, organised by the Department of Orthopaedics of the Gruca Orthopaedics and Trauma Teaching Hospital in Otwock, began on 25 March in Warsaw. Since we are committed to the topics discussed during the sessions, we could not miss the opportunity to broaden our knowledge in this area!

On 22-26 March, in Chicago, Medical Inventi S.A. participated in a conference organised by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the largest orthopaedic industry event in the world!

On 3-5 March, in Toruń, we participated in the Symposium of the Orthopaedic Oncology Section organised by the Department for Trauma, Orthopaedics and Oncology of Rydygier Provincial Hospital in Toruń.
During the Symposium, the Medical Inventi team presented the innovative bone replacement composite FlexiOss® and discussed the possibilities of its use in the rapidly developing discipline of orthopaedic oncology.

From 10-16 February 2022, an exhibition of the Lubelskie Region took place during EXPO 2020 Dubai.
During this time, the achievements of Lublin-based companies and scientists were presented. The event also featured B2B sessions, which were meetings between entrepreneurs aimed at enabling them to establish new business contacts.
We are proud that our company contributed to promoting the Lubelskie Region. During Expo 2020 Dubai, the President of Medical Inventi, Maciej Maniecki, presented our innovative invention – the bone replacement composite FlexiOss®. The theme of his speech was ‘Successful commercialisation of cutting-edge invention – bone regenerative filler FlexiOss®’. The opportunity to participate in this event was a great honour for us.
